Right of Withdrawal for Reservations on the Water Experience Center website

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of products or services within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation, without having to provide any reason.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Leisure Contracts

Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n), of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that provide for the provision of services relating to leisure time, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Therefore, for bookings of experiences, courses, events or equipment rentals linked to a specific date, the Customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal.

3. Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

For orders that do not fall within the exceptions mentioned above, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an explicit communication, within 14 days of order confirmation, to:

The communication must contain:

  • Name and surname of the customer
  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Description of the products or services purchased

4. Refund

In case of valid right of withdrawal:

  • Water Experience Center will refund all payments received, including any standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs for optional services chosen by the Customer).
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Services and Reservations with Specific Date

As indicated in point 2, for experiences, courses or rentals with pre-established dates it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal. However, the Customer can contact Water Experience Center to request any changes or postponements, compatible with availability and internal policies.
